  “I took my dogs to Posh Pooch for the first time yesterday. Lola was a good girl and she looks absolutely adorable with her new haircut and flower in her hair. Ricco is a very difficult dog to work with because he's afraid of everything and he will nip. Nikki allowed me to hold Ricco so she could shave him down. All other groomers I have gone to have simply refused to work on him (can't really blame them). She had such patience and by the time she was finished Ricco had actually begun to calm down. She could have groomed 3 dogs in the time it took her to do Ricco but she never gave up.”
